A Little About Us
Our Team
There are ten wonderful ladies on staff who take personal care of your home.
We usually work in teams of two, unless the space is so large it requires more or less cleaners. We also try to keep cleaners with the same clients each visit.
Basic Clean
What a Basic Clean covers:
- Kitchen includes counter tops, stove top, outside of fridge, sinks, floor
- Bathrooms include shower/tub, mirrors, toilet, sink, floor
- Dust and vacuum all rooms
- Dust and vacuum baseboards and trim
- Inside windows-spot clean kid prints and such
- Mop all hard surfaces – wood and stone
- Doors and door frames
- Kitchen & Bathroom cabinets
- Light fixtures & Light switches
- Spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors of prints/smudges
Deep Clean
The items below are also included in a Deep Clean. You may add any of these to your Basic clean for each visit or message us when one or two may be desired. Please let us know ahead of schedule so we can allow for more time.
- Blinds (2” wood) & Mini-blinds (1” metal) ∙
- Outside of sliding glass doors
- Inside window sills
- Wipe down inside of fridge
- Cleaning inside of Oven
Our “Don’t Do” List
Although there aren’t very many things we can’t clean, some are just too time consuming or outside of what we do.
The following are services we DO NOT provide:
- Cat boxes
- Shower Curtains
- Inside microwaves
- Flat screen TV’s, computer screens and keyboards
- Inside window sills (we DO spot clean kid prints and such)
- Office desks, unless asked (we don’t want to disrupt your order)
- Doing dishes and laundry *MAKING BEDS DONE ON REQUEST ONLY
Products We Use
Ace of Maids is a green clean company. We use all Norwex products exclusively, which we provide. Each of our amazing cleaners were promised when they started with this company that they would not be expected to breathe in harmful chemicals all day, and it's important to keep this promise to them.
That being stated, each house has their own supply of cloths, mop pads, and cleaning products, so nothing is used in a house prior to your clean!
Cancellation Policy
It is challenging to fit all clients into their desired day and time, so if you have any changes (are you going on vacation?) please send a message as soon as possible. This allows us time to plan ahead and make adjustments. With respect to our time and other clients’ schedules and requests, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the same price as your clean for any late or non-notification, as well as any lock out.
